Direct deposit of cash (not checks) to our operating account at Wells Fargo – 10% discount on legal fees (not costs) under $750; 5% discount on legal fees (not costs) $750 and above. Request account information.

Checks, cashiers’ checks, and money orders should be made payable to David J. Willis and overnighted to our dedicated LLC registered agent address: 330 Rayford Rd. Suite 401, The Woodlands, TX 77386. No discount. All personal and business checks for $1,000 or more must be cashiers checks or money orders – no exceptions. Note: we cannot prepare and ship documents or perform other legal services until checks been received, deposited, and cleared.

E-checks are NOT accepted since they incur a 5 business day hold.

Hints on Navigating the Payment Page

Click on the bar below and you will arrive at the payment page. Then you must:

enter a description of the service – for example, "LLC Formation" or "APR;"
enter the total dollar amount you are paying;
then click "Update Totals." You must do this or payment will fail.

If you are not using a Paypal account to make payment (i.e., if you are using Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx) go to the bottom of the page where it says "Don´t have a Paypal account?" and click on "continue." After payment is complete, the system will email you a receipt.

Key Policies

Fees quoted on this site are for services provided online, supplemented by phone and fax. Office appointments are available only for existing clients with complex cases.

Attorney-client communications are a priority for us – but by engaging our firm you accept our policy that our primary form of communication will be by email rather than phone. You agree to check email at least once daily while we are working together. If you think you haven´t heard from us, please check your spam folder!

All payments of fees and retainers, once made, are entirely non-refundable. Credits must be used within 6 months or they expire.

Our services as an asset protection advisor do not include fraud or tax evasion. If it is determined that the client is engaging in these activities, representation will be terminated without refund.
